This course will teach students all about the amazing, rich biodiversity we have here in the UK and why it is so important to protect it. Almost a quarter of children spend time outdoors less than once a month and therefore this course focuses on encouraging students to connect with nature and be outside for both their physical and mental health. This course will be engaging and fun for students whilst also being incredibly informative and scientific, discussing biodiversity and why the loss of biodiversity matters, this course allows students to learn more about aerial creatures and the UK's most precious plants. It is thought that adults who experience nature as children are more likely to be motivated to protect the planet, and so this course focuses on getting the students to think about nature from a young age.
