This course is an introduction to Hatha Yoga and how it can help you wind down at the end of the day, switch off from your work and lead you nicely into a relaxed evening. It is so important to have a significant activity that ends your working day and takes you into your chill time in the evening and leads to healthy sleep. This course will teach you how important your breath is when it comes to remaining calm, focussed and in control. Students will be led through calming yoga flows, poses and techniques that will leave their body and mind feel rested and stress-free. Your body loves nothing more than a bit of attention and self-love; this course will show you the poses that give you exactly that.
