This course is aimed at students who are preparing to take the step from GCSE to A-Level mathematics. The programme is equally important for students in Year 12 who need to consolidate their knowledge.
A large number of students struggle with the increased difficulty of A-Level maths compared to GCSE. With this in mind, this course is aimed at improving the skills learnt at GCSE and working on fundamental principles that are crucial for the A-Level curriculum. This is aimed at GCSE students looking to get a head start on the A-Level course and Year 12 students who want to consolidate what they have covered. After this course, students who are about to embark on their A-Levels will feel confident and comfortable with the concepts they learnt at GCSE level and will be ready to build on their knowledge. This programme can also be taken by students who are mathematically curious and want to broaden their understanding of the subject.
