So many of us would love to be able to accept ourselves as we are but life sometimes gets in the way! This course helps students address and work through issues with self-esteem, as well as providing the tools to be able to learn to self-love and facilitate a more confident and enlightened self.
Using the E.M.P.O.W.E.R model, this programme guides students step-by-step to develop presence of mind and enables them to embark on their journeys together in a safe and supportive space.
